Kathy Watt and Claire Baxter have been named in the Commonwealth Games Cycling team after winning their respective selection trials. Kathy has been selected for the road team after she won the Australian Time Trial Championship in January beating Sarah Carrigan (Athens Olympic Champion) and World No.1,Oenone Wood. Claire won the MTB selection race at Lysterfield in December 2005.

Kathy Watt and Claire Baxter have signed to race with the Belgian based Lotto Belisol Ladies Team for the 2006 European season. The team will be racing the World Cups, UCI tours and one day races under the guidance of team manager Dany Schoonbaert and Guy Kostermans.
