Kathy Watt’s Personal Training offers a unique approach to fitness training. The training is run by Kathy Watt, Olympic Gold and Silver medallist and her coach, Carey Hall who has also represented Australia for both Road and Track cycling. Kathy has won National medals in Athletics, Duathlon, XC Skiing, Biathlon, Rogaining and cycling (Road, track, MTB). |

This
practical knowledge in different sports combined with a Bachelor of
Science degree from Melbourne University (majoring in Physiology and
pathology, anatomy, psychology and nutrition) gives her a wealth of
experience and knowledge to pass on. We design fitness programs for individuals, groups and companies interested in improving their health and fitness in a fun and friendly environment. We work with clients from the age of six in the KWPT junior development cycling program with the eldest client so far is 84 years of age. We cater for different fitness levels, skills and abilities. |

Personal
training sessions are designed to meet your individual
goals. A comprehensive health, lifestyle and physical
evaluation is available to determine your current level of fitness and
to find the areas you would like improve. |

The activities we offer include: Cycling, walking, running, weights, fitball, boxing, theraband, skipping, fitball, squash, tennis and stretching. We also offer advice on goal setting, motivation and lifestyle counselling (if required) and nutritional advice. |

|
We organize Group Cycling Rides each week on the road and lowbanked velodrome (track) catering for all levels from novice to racing cyclists. The emphasis is on skill development while improving your level of fitness. Road bikes, Hybrids and mountain bikes can be used. During the year we run indoor spinning classes set to music for children and adults. |
